Acceptance

These terms and conditions govern the use of the sivagroup.co.uk ("site"). By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The site may contain links to other third party sites, which may be covered by separate terms and conditions.

Submitting data

You may cancel your submission at any time by emailing via contact us. Registrations will be deleted after 60 days of use.

Availability

It is technically impracticable to provide a fault-free Site. SIVA Group will attempt to restore the Site as soon as is reasonably practicable. Access to the site may occasionally be suspended or restricted for operational reasons, such as maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services.

Right to access information

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.

Conditions of use

Use of the site

You agree to use sivagroup.co.uk only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of sivagroup.co.uk. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within sivagroup.com.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on sivagroup.co.uk and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in the SIVA Group. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use our content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. 

Adaptation

You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any sivagroup.co.uk content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of sivagroup.com content requires the prior written permission of the SIVA Group.

Names, images and logos identifying the SIVA Group, third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of the SIVA Group and/or third parties.
